In looking out for you and your employees, we give you access to a prudent process for selecting and monitoring investment options. * We do not have any proprietary products, and we are ERISA 408(b)(2) compliant.  This means that we are not receiving hidden fees from the plan or plan participants.  We only receive our advisory fee. * Depending on the plan service provider selected, model portfolios can be designed, unique to your plan.  These models can be used to meet Qualified Default Investment Alternative (QDIA) requirements. * Plan sponsors are cognizant of the costs associated to the plan, as are we.  We can perform a Plan Scan  analysis of the current costs the plan is paying with a current service provider.  When we manage a group retirement plan, we display the individual investment costs (12b-1, expense ratios, and any sub-TA fees) in our initial analysis as well as quarterly reports. * Employee enrollment and education support is offered.
